Wedding Dance

Stories, Sing & Shake Ages 6 months-36 months                                           (pay as you go, just $5 per class)

Dance, Play & Learn with your little one in our weekly class on Wednesday's from 10:30-11:00am. We will sing, read and shake to the beat. Parent or Guardian must attend. Only one class available, space is limited so call today! 908-698-2157

We know how much little dancers love dressing up for class, but also how much they do not enjoy putting on tights! Tights are encouraged but to make class preparation a pleasant experience for both you and your child, they are not required for young dancers age 2 through 5.

Song & Dance Ages 2-3

Dance, Sing & Learn in your first dance class! Class is based on Ballet techniques & Yoga basics, taught in a fun, interactive way! Rhythm and music is also explored through marching, clapping and use of musical instruments. This class introduces children to the structure and experience of a class with the fun and freedom to explore, create and sing.

Attire:

For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Solid Color Dance Shorts or Leggings,Pink Ballet Slippers. Skirt and Tights Optional.

For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt, Black Ballet Slippers or Black Jazz Shoes, Dance Shorts or Leggings.

Ballet/Tap Ages 3-5

For your princess or prince who twirls and dances all around your home, Ballet/Tap begins with the grace and technique of Ballet and ends with exciting tapping, stomping, clapping and fun! Ballet/Tap will also provide the skills and coordination to set your child up for a life long love of dance.
Attire:
For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Tights, Black Buckle Tap shoes (no shoelaces),Pink Ballet Slippers
For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt, Black Oxford Tap Shoes, Black Ballet Slippers, Dance Shorts or Leggings.

Music & Me Ages 3-5

Our fun, highly active preschool music program is designed to teach children ages 3-5 the basics of music in an interactive, group environment.  The class is 45 minutes once a week. The classes are full of singing, dancing, playing rhythm instruments, games and more. 

Attire:

For Girls & Boys: Solid Color Leotard or T-Shirt, Solid Color Shorts or Leggings,Pink or Black Ballet Slippers or Black Jazz Shoes

Tumbling Ages 4 and up

Students will work on forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back bends, splits and more. This is a beginner tumbling class with the added bonus of dance steps and technique mixed in with the tumbling combinations. Excellent class for aspiring cheerleaders and dancers of all levels.                                                                                                                                                       

Attire:

For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Solid Color Dance Shorts or Leggings (no tights), Bare Feet.

For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt,  Dance Shorts or Leggings (no tights), Bare Feet.

Ballet/Lyrical Kindergarten & Up                                                                       

We make Ballet fun for the beginner dancer. If your child loves to dance but also enjoys to act, this class will explore all of their creative sides.  Ballet techniques and barre work will warm up their bodies and the expressive movements of Lyrical will entice their imaginations.                     

Attire:                                                                                                                                                                                                                For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Tights, Pink Ballet Slippers. Skirts optional (no dress up costumes).                                                           For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt, Black Ballet Slippers, Dance Shorts or Leggings.

Ballet/Pointe

Classical Ballet concentrates on form, grace, flexibility and poise. Must have prior Ballet experience, as well as currently enrolled in a Ballet class. Eligibility is based on strength and coordination.

Attire:
For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Tights, Pink Ballet Slippers and/or Pointe Shoes.
Skirts Optional.
For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt, Black Ballet Slippers and/or Pointe Shoes, Dance Shorts or Leggings.

Jumps, Kicks, Splits & Turns

An exciting class for increasing flexibility, balance and coordination to compliment your dance technique.  Great for gymnasts and cheerleaders!

Ages: 6 & up
Attire:
For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Solid Color Dance Shorts or Leggings, Pink Ballet Slippers. Tights Optional.
For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt, Black Ballet Slippers, Dance Shorts or Leggings.

Hip Hop/Jazz Kindergarten & Up

Jazz technique and Hip Hop moves taught to a variety of contemporary music.

Attire:
For Girls: Solid Color Leotard, Solid Color Dance Shorts or Leggings, Black Jazz Shoes. Tights Optional.
For Boys: Solid Color Tight T-Shirt, Dance Shorts or Leggings, Black Jazz Shoes.

Tap Kindergarten & Up

Traditional tap steps as performed by Fred Astaire and Shirley Temple, updated with modern rhythm tap.
